Order for mini cupcakes for breast cancer tea party

These mini cupcake soaps are scented in Peony and sprinkled with sparkle dust and pink sugar pearls. These are part of an order for a tea party. Such a cute favor for a great cause.  And thinking of ways to help others I had mentioned to my husband Duane that we should donate soap to a food bank for those in need of supplies. Everyone needs soap. So that will be on the agenda for next week. If everyone offered help to others, there wouldn't be anyone in need (in my opinion). Whether it is money, your time, providing a service for someone- the smallest kindness makes a big impact. Let's turn our back on being greedy and selfish and start giving and loving our neighbors in need like Jesus told us to do!

New website for Hedgeway Cottage Soaps

I am in the process of making a new website that will help you with  viewing what I have to offer for soap favors, etc. Right now it's pretty basic with pictures from my camera. I will be having updated pictures of the soaps on there soon along with a store page. But in the meantime, I have published what I've done so far. WRONG PHONE NUMBER

I am sooo sorry! I just realized after all this time that we have the wrong area code for our phone # on our business cards. I can not believe that I have not noticed this mistake. The correct number is 248-525-4863 or you can call 586-770-2524. I wonder how much business I have lost because of this mistake.This is a good lesson. Double check everything-even the littlest details.

 In the meantime, I have been working on bathbombs. Customers have been asking and we will be delivering. So far I have made Cranberry Chutney moisturizing bath bomb, Jasmin moisturizing bath bomb, Bayberry Spice bath bomb, and Vanilla Sandalwood moisturizing bath bomb. If you have a favorite scent that you would like to have in a bath bomb or bath salts or sugar scrub just let me know and send me an email.

Upcoming craft shows

Hi everyone, I am working on a new website (which is taking a lot longer than I thought). I have had a lot of customers voicing their hopes of being able to order their custom favors on line and I'm working on trying to do that. It is also hard to keep up with ever-changing pictures of different soaps because I'm always adding different ones to the group(seasonal too).As for inquiries of wholesale, I will be looking into putting a brochure folder together.
But in the meantime, I want to post a list of the craft shows that we will be doing so you can do your Holiday shopping in person. It's so much better to be able to sniff, see and choose.

Wonderful People

We had such a great time at Frontier Town in Romeo for the Peach Festival for Labor Day weekend. The weather was not very cooperative being too hot on Saturday, rainy on Sunday, and chilly with drizzly rain on Monday but we met the nicest people. The other vendors that were there were such wonderful people too.We were asked a lot of questions about shower favors and fundraiser events. I just finished making an assortment of 110 cupcakes for an event. They look awesome. I'll post picks when they are "all dressed up". I had someone e-mail me for info about favors because my etsy site  is very vague on what I offer. I just want everyone to know that I'm working on a website that will have a more detailed and complete list with  pictures for favors so you can  get a better understanding of what we can offer you( options, extras, % off party orders, etc.).
